2. You have purchased “accommodation” services according to your chosen time in Turkish facilities in Fethiye, Bodrum, Marmaris, Antalya and Pamukkale and foreign facilities in Koh Samui-Thailand, Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia. Prior to the purchase of www.qnetturkiye.com.tr from our website, the contracted facilities (property list) for the accommodation product of your choice, the accommodation product of your choice and the features of the facilities are presented to your information. You can also visit https://www.qnetturkiye.com.tr/en/qvi-breaks/ for detailed information about the contracted facilities (property list) and the properties of the facilities and our accommodation products. QVI Breaks products offer accommodation for 2 people. The type of room and the number of people staying vary depending on the structure of the property and could be changed based on the product which purchased. (Accommodation for 2 adults and 1 child below 12 years old is available for 1 or 2 bedrooms. All the reservations are subject to availability on first come first serve basis).
3. The time period in which the purchased product is valid must be taken into account before sending the reservation request. Yaz Güneşi accommodation is available on June, July, August or September; Kış Güneşi accommodation is available on November, December, January, February, March, April ; Mayıs ve Ekim Keyfi accommodation is available on May or October. Home Resorts and Breaks Hotspring Escape products can be used throughout the year. We kindly ask to send your reservation request at least 45 days in advance on public holidays (national-religious holidays, New Year’s Eve, etc.) Please note that reservations will be sold out quickly. 4. Travel validity is for 1 year from the date of contract.
5. Reservation is subject to the room availability of the selected resort on a first-come-first-served basis.
6. Reservation request must be sent at least 45 days prior to the requested travel date and must be forwarded to [email protected] indicating the total number of people traveling, requested travel date and resort name, as well as any alternative options if requested travel date and/or resort is not available.
7. Accommodation does not include any meals, transfers or other incidentals (It may differ depending on the facility.)
8. Cancellation (right of withdrawal) can be made within 14 days from the date of establishment of the contract via the Internet address www.qnetturkiye.com.tr. A notification that the right of withdrawal has been exercised should be sent to our Company in writing or with a permanent data storage. The right of cancellation cannot be used in terms of accommodation that have been confirmed for booking by the seller and/or are used/started to be used by the customer.
9. In the event that a confirmed but unused booking is cancelled, any request for re-booking at a later date is allowed subject to an additional re-booking fee: –
– Re-booking fee of USD50 shall apply to cancellation of confirmed reservations that are submitted more than 15 days prior to the scheduled check-in date
– Re-booking fee of USD75 shall apply to cancellation of confirmed reservations that are submitted in less than 15 to 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
– Less than seven (7) days prior to check-in date, entitlement will be forfeited
10. Guest certificate fee of USD50 is applicable if accommodation is assigned to a person/s other than the registered customer.
11. The list of resorts is subject to change depending on our agreement with the provider during the year. It may be possible to provide different facilities(s) of equal price and quality on the date of booking. Subject to changes from time to time depending on our agreement with the provider, the contents of the facility list presented have been accepted by the parties that they will be characterized as facilities of equal price and quality in terms of seller/buyer. The customer accepts and agrees that he/she has purchased a accommodation that has more than one option but can only provide accommodation according to the months of use of the product in the available one and within the relevant 1-year period.
12. Please note that a deposit is required during check-in at the accommodation where you will be staying, and it may differ depending on the facility. You can get support from our Customer Support Department regarding all reservation issues 08.00-17.00 on weekdays by calling 0212 356 56 76.
13. Split booking (different and separated periods) is not allowed.
